These are fairly highly rocker sandals that are very well made and comfortable, with very grippy soles to prevent slipping. Not much arch support in keeping with MBT philosophy of allowing your feet to work, rather than passive support. Very cushiony feel with walking.

I love the rocker soles. It takes time to get used to them, but they are so good for arch support and balance.
I am still breaking them in, but so far so good. Very light, which is unusual for MBT's
