Take shoes half a size larger and they will probably fit perfectly. According to "Grandpa", the shoes are great, probably a bit more comfortable than some other MBT shoes

I have hallux rigidus and walking is so painful, even with custom orthotics. Enter the rocker sole shoe... this has really helped.

They are designed to improve balance and muscle strength, so I feel like I am doing something good for my body every time I wear them. And they look great too!
